This was the first production that we produced for Peach State’s 2026 season, and we began tech 8 days after beginning rehearsals. Working on this production was rewarding yet challenging, as not only was I getting used to being a PSM in a professional environment, but I was doing so in the fast-paced environment of summerstock. For Anything Goes, much of my goal was to set the standards of work that myself, the rest of the SM Team, and the cast and creatives would follow for the rest of the summer.

For this production, we had a cast of 27, and our preshow Lift Call averaged out at 11 minutes long before each performance. I was calling lighting, sound, projection, deck, and flyrail cues from a spliced script and score. Our whole tech process, including dress rehearsals, lasted for less than 4 days.
